As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you are assigned with the social media handling of the clients. You have to find new ways to propel the client’s social media growth and execute budget-friendly but effective social media campaigns.

Job Responsibilities –

  1. Creating social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
  2. Expanding the social media presence of all clients on all social media platforms Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc,
  3. Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve the organisation goals.
  4. Developing monthly reports on the social media performance of all clients.
  5. Reporting the progress of all social media platforms to the management team.

You need to develop the overall layout and design for social media posts, brochures, corporate identities, and corporate reports, etc.

Job Responsibilities –

1) Presenting concept visualization through sketches, drawings and illustrations.

2)Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design content. 

3) Be an adept user of Photoshop, Illustrator and Coral Draw

4) Creating minimal and eye-catching designs for clients and also the company.

Required experience: 0-2 yrs. 

As a Content Writer you need to creating informative as well as engaging content for client’s Social Media and Websites. You will be creating blogs, writing white papers, and producing content ideas for all marketing intermediaries. 

Job Responsibilities- 

1) Write fresh and original content for client’s social media posts and captions.

2) Write Blogs with proper keyword research and SEO friendly tags.

3) Work in unison with graphic designers, web developers, and other creative teams.

4) Prepare content calendar for all the clients and brainstorm new ideas for the company.

As a Business Development Executive, you need to develop new ways to get more business to the company. You need to generate leads, get in touch with the prospects and work in synergy with the delivery team.

Job Responsibilities-

1)Build Contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.

2)Keep prospective client database updated.

3)Make cold calls for new business leads.

4)Arrange meetings of the upper management with the prospective clients.

Ultimately, as a video editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together to tell a cohesive story

Job Responsibilities-

1) Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience

2) Take a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications

3) Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity

 Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film

Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects

4) Create rough and final cuts

5) Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running

6) Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process

7) Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

8) Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut Pro

Required experience: 0-2 yrs.
